Janet Stone has been one of my favorite yoga teachers for the last 10 years and I loved our conversation about hormone changes in Perimenopause and Menopause. 

This was a wonderful and rich conversation about tangible ways yoga and yoga teachings and yoga rituals can improve how we experience perimenopause and menopause.
